Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Calyb.ai, an AI platform for commercial insurance workflows operated by Calyb AI, Inc. (“Calyb.ai”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

What Calyb.ai does

Calyb.ai reads commercial insurance submission documents (ACORD forms, statements of values, loss runs, and similar) and helps underwriters and account managers assess submission readiness, surface facts and conflicts, and draft follow-up communications. Calyb.ai is a productivity tool — it does not make underwriting or coverage decisions; you remain responsible for reviewing its output and for your own business decisions.

Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding access to your account. You may only upload documents you have the right to share with us (e.g. submissions you’re authorized to handle).

Acceptable use

• Don’t use Calyb.ai for anything unlawful or to upload data you’re not authorized to process.
• Don’t attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operation or security.
• Don’t reverse-engineer or resell access to the platform without our written consent.

Your data

You retain ownership of the submission data and documents you upload. You grant us the right to process that data (including sending it to our AI/document-processing subprocessors) solely to provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

Service availability

We aim to keep Calyb.ai available and reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves.

Disclaimer

Calyb.ai is provided “as is.” Output (extracted facts, readiness assessments, drafted communications) is generated with the help of AI models and may contain errors — it does not constitute underwriting, legal, or insurance advice, and should be reviewed before you rely on it.

Termination

You may stop using Calyb.ai and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above.
